Hi Way 8 Motor Inn

1. By making a booking with us (Hi Way Eight Motor Inn) you agree to be bound to the following terms and conditions.
2. You (the guest) agree to pay us (the motel) the total amount of your room reservation prior to or upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed to by us (the motel).
3. You agree to provide valid credit/debit card details to secure your reservation either prior to or upon check-in, and allow us to securely hold these details for the duration of your stay.
4. You agree that for bookings made directly with the motel (either in person, by phone or through our direct website bookings) we will charge the supplied card on the morning of arrival. Cancellations or modifications to these bookings will not incur any charges as long as they are made prior to the day of arrival.
Any bookings made via third-party online booking platforms will be deemed non-refundable within 48 hours of check-in on the day of arrival.
5. You agree that any charges for services or amenities to you and/or your room after check-in, and if not paid for immediately, will be charged to the card provided.
6. You agree that you remain personally liable to pay the total amount on your booking account if charges to the provided card cannot be completed. In this case, an invoice will be sent for any outstanding amounts that will need to be paid as per the payment terms on the invoice.
7. You agree to adhere to the check-out time of 10:00am on the date of your depature, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Late check-out will not be granted on the day of depature and failure to vacate your room by 10:00am may result in a $100.00 late check-out fee being charged to your card.
8. You agree that motel management and staff have the right of entry to your room at any time in order to ensure your safety, the safety of other guests at the property and ensure amenity of the property.
9. You agree that in the event of an early check-in, or a late check-out, request that requires us to keep the room free the day prior to, or the day after your booking, the nightly room rate will be charged for any additional night the room cannot be sold.
10. You agree to advise motel management/reception staff of any changes in the number of guests using the room, and agree to pay any additional charges for each additional person not stated in your initial booking.
11. You agree to pay for any excess cleaning, loss of property or damage to the room or equipment in the room during your period of use. Charges will be based on, but not limited to, excessive cleaning requirements that require contracted cleaning services, smoke smell or damage in the room, missing or damage equipment and amenities and any physical damage within the room.
12. The motel rooms are strictly NON-SMOKING and if it is deemed by management or motel staff that you or your guests have smoked in the room a $500.00 cleaning and sanitization fee will be charged to the card on your booking.
13. If a room is unable to be let due to any loss or damage caused by you, your guest(s) or any servant or agent, then you agree to be charged the nightly room rate for that room for the entire time the room is out of service.
14. You agree to return the room key(s) for the room(s) prior to 10:00am on the day of your depature, unless previously agreed to by us. You agree to pay a $200.00 fee for any lost key during your stay.
15. You agree any money or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or carpark remain your responsibility and we (the motel) are not responsible for their safekeeping.
16. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods, valuables or vehicles, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occured.
17. You agree that in any case where you or any guest(s) brought onto the property by yourself cause unreasonable annoyance to another guest residing at the property and/or unreasonable disruption to the privacy of another guest residing at the property, we have the right to evict you and any member of your associated party and subsequently forfeit your right to a refund on any remaining nights.
18. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any loss of business, trade, revenue or income, regardless of how, when or where the loss has occured.

Hi Way Eight Motor Inn reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the above terms and conditions.
